Update Tuple Table

Hi,

How to add a new row into tuple using Web Service? The issue is we have Dependent Details where for PK 100 we have inserted one row. Again for PK 100 we need to insert another person details without deleting the existing rows.

Is it possible using Web Service? If yes Please explain the process. If not can this be achieved by Flat Files?
