Error "Not Open" while synchronizing slave repository

Hi All,

I have upgraded the MDM system from SP05 to SP07 and Archived the repository from the old system to the upgraded new system.

While synchronising the SLAVE repository i get "Not Open" error.

Please help me on how to resolve this issue.
